Terms & ConditionsPlease read our terms and conditions carefully, by placing a booking with us we shall assume that you have agreed to abide by them. Thank you.1. A deposit of 20% is required to reserve you booking for the big day, this is non refundable.2. Payment in full is required upon completion & handover of finished Dvds.3. All music for Dvd must be given to us 4 weeks prior to the wedding, this must be supplied by the client due to copyright infringement. We may suggest pieces of music to suite your needs.4. In the event of un-foreseen circumstances due to mechanical failure or other reason beyond our control, we will refund in full the total cost of the Dvd production and shall not be liable for any other expenses incurred as a result of these circumstances.5. We reserve the right to use final production of clients Dvd in future advertisments to promote our services to other clients. 6. Any additional work undertaken above what has been agreed upon for the wedding shoot, will incurr additional costs.7. It is our aim to have the Finished Dvd ready for collection within 2 months after the wedding day. But if unseen circumstances should prevent this then some additional time may be necessary.8. Finally , we wish our clients a happy wedding day and trust we shall all work together for our mutual benefit.
